Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Refunds are initiated within 3–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI (as per customer preference).

Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Return Process

Request a Return:

Approval & Pickup:
Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 working days. -
Quality Check:
Once received, the product undergoes a quality inspection. -
Refund/Exchange Issued:
Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Important Notes

The product must pass the quality check before a refund or exchange is approved.

In case the product is found used, damaged, or altered, it will be returned to the customer without refund.

For exchange, if your desired item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, if they haven’t been shipped.

Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
